We have a new location!
We’re officially in our new home in Haliʻimaile, tucked into the large open bays between the Maui Pineapple Store and the Haliʻimaile General Store. Plenty of parking, lots of space to relax, and room for keiki to run around while you enjoy your swirl. It already feels so open, bright, and welcoming, and we’re so excited to serve you here. Come find us and make a little stop into a sweet destination.

About Our Truck
Soulberry Ice-Cream is a family-run ice cream trailer serving New Zealand–style real fruit ice cream, swirled fresh to order in our vintage pink horse trailer “Jolene.” We blend creamy vanilla ice cream (or dairy-free) with local tropical fruits like Maui Gold pineapple, lilikoi, dragonfruit, and strawberry to create cones and bowls as beautiful as they are delicious.
We started Soulberry to bring families and friends together around something simple and joyful—ice cream made with aloha. Each swirl is crafted with care, topped with fun add-ons like edible flowers, toasted coconut, or lilikoi drizzle. Rooted in the heart of Upcountry Makawao, we love sharing that small-town magic with both locals and visitors.
