Yes, that is right. No monthly fees. We’re honoring this for the first 20 trucks who join because they believed in us early. That commitment goes both ways.
Do I have to be tech-savvy to set up my listing?
Not at all. Setting up your profile takes about 10-20 minutes — you add your truck name, cuisine type, photos, and your usual locations. No coding, no complicated dashboards. If you get stuck, just email us and we’ll walk you through it. We built this to be simple on purpose.
How do customers actually find me on the map?
Customers visit MauiFoodTrucks.com and see a live map of active trucks. Your listing shows your current or usual location, cuisine, and hours. The more complete your profile, the more you stand out.
Do I have to update my location every day?
Only if you want to. You can set a regular schedule and usual spots on your profile, so customers have a starting point even if you don’t check in daily. For trucks that move around, updating your location takes less than a minute from your phone. The more current your info, the more customers you’ll reach — but it’s always your call.
What’s the catch with the free Legacy listing?
There isn’t one. No hidden fees, no trial period, no automatic upgrade to a paid plan, no credit card needed. The Legacy listing is free forever in exchange for one thing: you believed in us early. That means a lot to us, and we’re not going to quietly change it later. If we ever add premium features above and beyond the core listing, those may be paid — but your free profile stays free.
I already have Instagram and Google — why do I need this too?
Instagram and Google are great, but they’re not built for hungry people actively searching for a food truck right now, in Maui, near them. This is.
